Dragon Bay is an award-winning resort community, dedicated to bringing the best of the world home to the Cayman Islands.

The community's anchor resort - The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman received a coveted Five Diamond Award from the American Automobile Association (AAA.) in 2009.

This accolade follows achieving the ranking of the "#1 resort in the Caribbean" from Conde Nast Traveler's Reader's Choice Awards in both 2008 and 2009. The resort was also named on the same publication's Gold List in 2007 and 2008.

In the Zagat Survey's 2007/2008 list of the World's Top Hotels, Resorts and Spas, the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman was #8 on the list of "10 best large resorts in the world."

Travel + Leisure magazine listed the resort on its list of the World's Best Hotels in 2008, and again in 2009.

The resort's dining, spa and recreational services have also been individually recognized.

The restaurant Blue by Eric Ripert is the only one in the Caribbean to receive a Five Diamond Award from the American Automobile Association (AAA.)

The Silver Rain Spa by La Prairie is also singled out for praise, receiving the Best Resort Spa title from the Spa Magazine Silver Sage Readers' Choice awards in both 2008 and 2009.

The resort's youngest guests also receive award-winning treatment, as Virtuoso awarded The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman with a "Best of the Best" title in 2007 for Best Children's Program.
